Cosmetics are a hygiene product. The return rules are therefore short and strict.
Opened packaging
A formula that has been opened cannot be returned: we cannot put it back on the shelf.
Damage or a packing error
If the parcel arrived damaged or the order contained the wrong formula, write within 14 days via the contact page or to hello@de-la-beaute.com. Include the order number and photographs.
We will offer a replacement or a refund after the case is reviewed.
An unopened order
If the seal is intact and the formula has not been used, write to us within the same 14 days — we will look at the case separately.
