Orders are assembled in the cart and placed on the site. After payment we confirm the details and hand the parcel to a carrier — without connecting Canada Post, UPS or DHL to the shop. We choose the service for the address.
Canada
Shipping within Canada is $18. Orders from $150 ship free. Delivery is usually 3–8 business days after the parcel is handed over.
International
Everywhere else is $38. Delivery is usually 7–21 business days, depending on the destination country’s customs.
The exact amount appears at checkout once a country is entered. Any duties or taxes in the destination country, if they apply, are paid by the recipient.
If you need another carrier or a note for the parcel, add it to the order or write on the contact page.
Payment
Payment is taken online through Stripe. Prices in the shop are in Canadian dollars. The full card number never reaches the site: details are entered in Stripe’s secure form.
If a payment does not go through, you can try again from the order page or write to us — we will suggest another method.
After dispatch
When the carrier accepts the parcel, we send a tracking number if the service provides one. For shipping questions, please include the order number.
