Information on the site is given for professional and home use as described on each product page. Color, texture and the feel of a formula may vary slightly from batch to batch.
Order and contract
The contract is concluded when the order is accepted. We may decline or postpone an order if a product is unavailable or if the payment cannot be confirmed.
Prices are in Canadian dollars. The total, shipping and payment method are shown at checkout.
Payment and data
Payment is taken online through Stripe. How we process order data is explained in the privacy policy.
Shipping and returns
Delivery time and cost depend on the address. Opened cosmetics cannot be returned for hygiene reasons; damage or a packing error is covered on the returns page.
